ABOUT THE MAKER
Meet the maker
I'm Sarah — a Colombian-American psychologist based in the DC/Northern Virginia area, and the hands behind every piece here. Paloma Clay started as a creative, therapeutic outlet during my PhD, when I fell in love with the slowness of shaping polymer clay by hand. Every piece is still made that way today: small batches, one or two at a time, never mass-produced.
You'll find me online and at local markets across DC and Northern Virginia. Whether it's a ready-made piece or a custom commission, I'd love to make something for you.

A molten ribbon of gold, twisted and looped like it's still moving, set atop a wavy black clay piece. Sculptural and chic.
