Some things are meant to be one of a kind. A pair of earrings in the exact blush of your wedding florals. Matching hoops for the bridesmaids. A little clay something for the teacher who made the whole year better. An floral ornament for your favorite person.

Every custom piece is shaped, baked, sanded, and finished by hand in my northern virginia studio, the same way everything at paloma is made: slowly, with intention, with a lot of care.

what i can make for you

bridal & bridesmaid sets: earrings and hoops color-matched to your palette, swatches, or florals.

color requests: love a shop design but wish it came in sage, terracotta, or your favorite shade? I can mix it.

gifts & keepsakes: birthdays, mother's day, graduations, "just because."

group & event orders: teams, showers, small businesses, party favors.

charm & hoop combos: pick your hoops, pick your charms, and i'll build the set.

how it works

fill out the CONTACT form first. Via email, we can coordinate the following:

1 · share your idea. with your colors, inspiration photos, quantity, and the date you need it by.

2 · we talk it through. I'll reply within 2–3 business days with questions, ideas, and a quote, or we can schedule a phone or video call.

3 · approve your design. once you approve the sketch or color samples and pay a 50% deposit, your piece goes into production.

4 · i make it. most custom orders take 2–4 weeks from approval. larger group orders may take longer.

5 · it comes home to you. the remaining balance is due before shipping or local pickup in falls church, VA.

pricing

each product is unique, so this is difficult to determine ahead of time. generally, the price will be slightly higher than similar products on the website since it requires coordinating and prep work before starting.

group orders, intricate color blends, and gold-filled or sterling findings may add to the price.

you'll always get a full quote before anything is made.

good to know

· each piece is handmade, so small variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the charm. no two are exactly alike.
· screen colors vary. for color-critical orders (like weddings), i'm happy to mail or show a test swatch first.
· once your design is approved and production begins, deposits are non-refundable, since custom pieces are made just for you.
· changes are welcome before approval. after that, they may affect your timeline and price.
· holiday orders: to receive custom pieces by december, please submit requests by november 1.
